The Staff Unicorn Award is our recurring initiative (every 6–8 weeks) to spotlight great teamwork, spirit, and outstanding performance across DIGITALEUROPE. The winner will be announced at our upcoming Staff meeting and will join our prestigious Unicorn Award Wall of Fame — plus take home a €10 Caffelatte voucher and our beloved green unicorn mascot for their desk!
