Voting process:- Vote of candidates is done within the relevant group (i.e. Policy group or Working group)
- Each member organisation is allowed one vote per group. Please coordinate internally with your colleagues
Diversity requirements to consider:
- The Policy Leadership of each group should reflect both corporate and NTA membership, as well as gender and geographical diversity (ExB Decision, 6 Mar 2019 and 13 Sep 2024).
- Accordingly, positions will be allocated to ensure diversity requirements, provided that there are enough candidates.
Selection process:
- If an elected candidate declines, the runner-up will be offered the position. If there is no alternative candidate, a new call for candidates will be organised
- Elected candidates will be formally appointed by the Executive Board on 3 June
- The new policy leadership will take office at the General Assembly on 4 June
