Timeline & Process

● Call for Candidates: 20 April - 8 May (deadline is 8 May, 18:00 CET) ● Online Vote by General Assembly reps of relevant chambers: 18 May - 18 June ● Meet the Candidates Sessions: • Corporates: 19 May, 11:00-12:30 • NTAs: 19 May, 13:00-15:30
● Ratification & New Board takes office: 1 July (General Assembly). You can register to the GA meeting & Summer Summit here. ● First Board meeting: 10-11 Sep 2026

Eligibility criteria

● The candidate must be part of the "Senior executive management" of their organisation (Art. 15(b)), i.e. n-1 or n-2 to the Global CEO or n-1 to the EU/EMEA CEO of their organisation (Board decision n0 440, 11 Mar 2025). As an NTA, this consists of the CEO of the trade association, by exception President.
● We strongly encourage gender, geographical and sector diversity, reflecting Europe’s broad digital ecosystem and meeting our Diversity Recommendations.
