Input collected via this questionnaire will inform a short, forward-looking
Health Executive Council report on technologies reshaping the future of healthcare, the practical benefits they can deliver to patients and healthcare systems, and the actions needed from policymakers to unlock health innovation in Europe.
This report will be the Council main deliverable for 2027 and will be used as material for the next Council engagement and advocacy actions. The purpose of this deliverable is not to duplicate work at DIGITALEUROPE's healthcare working group level or to repeat our asks on key policy files (EHDS, MDR/IVDR, alignment), but rather serve as an inspiring publication.
The survey is structured in three parts:
Part I: Emerging technology trends shaping the healthcare sector and EU's global stance
Part II: Description of an innovative use case pursued by your company
Part III: Main barriers to scaling health technologies in Europe and priority actions at EU level
• The survey is composed of multiple and single choice questions, followed by open-ended questions to provide additional information. Evidence supporting your answers is highly encouraged.
• You can save yours answers and come back to the questionnaire at any point.
